Position: Technical Draftsman
Major responsibility:
• Prepare detailed drawing in 3D or 2D for conveying systems like Baggage Handling Systems, Pallets/bins for distribution centers etc.
• Analyses sketches from the design team and create well structured mechanical layouts in Autocad 2005.
• Create 3D models of BHS and distribution centers.
• Carry out critical analysis of the layout operational information of the designed system.
Other responsibilities:
• Develop designs for approval which contain technical characteristics and details of designed system in order to obtain the validation.
• Detail and caliber all the system items, assessing and using the components available in stock.
Qualifications:
Certification in draftsmanship or its equivalent.Training in ACAD 2004. Have 4 to 5 years experience in a similar position with exposure to the Baggage handling system.
Competencies:
Exposure to Material handling systems
Working knowledge of Auto CAD 2004, Mechanical Desktop, X-steel and 3D functions.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Good team skills.,Analytical abilities and Initiative to learn.
Fluent in English.
Position reports:

Time to Fill:
Immediate (preferably). A waiting time period of 30 days will be provided for a currently employed candidate.
Our Offer:. Total base salary starting from Dhs 6,000 to 8,000 and is negotiable depending on the qualifications and experience; annual paid leave with ticket, 48 hours week.
*Degree must be attested or being processed for attestation to facilitate processes for residence visa application or transfer of visa. If currently employed, an NOC must be obtained. Copies of degree and other certificates, if available, are required to be presented during the first interview.
