Is there a need for a professional recruitment agency in Dubai which specialises in Secretarial and Administration staff?

I think that is a wonderful idea, as I have been searching for over 6 months now for an admin position. I feel Dubai would greatly benefit from it if it dealt specifically with admin/secretarial staff. There are thousands and thousands of people looking for that type of work.
