hello everyone....
theres a very crunchy in front of me....i had left UAE in an emergency in june 2007 without cancelling my visa..but due to some unavoidable reasons..i was not able to come back to the UAE...but now i want to go back to the UAE for job in another compnay..but my resident visa (issued at al ain) by the previous company is not cancelled...and my previous company does not show any interest to cancelling my visa....is there any way to cancell my resident visa...or will i face a life ban...i am really worried.....please HELP!!!!

To get banned from the UAE is not the worst thing in life, not even the end of the world :lol:

Well first off, if your visa was not cancelled, you'll be facing a whacking great fine for every day that it was not cancelled if your visa expired.
If you were registered as having asconded that will cause major problems.
Your company if probably not cencelling the visa out of spite, so you need to go speak to immigration regarding the subject.
