This company is situated on Sheikh Zayed Road, Khalid Al Attar Tower. The owner is a real crook. I purchased one apartment from them in International City in 2005 and it has yet not been transferred to my name. The crook wasted lot of time in early March this year after I paid full dues and kept me waiting for transfer. Some time in June, Nakheel changed transfer procedure and now everything is stuck.
They charged me extra AED 10,000 at the time of booking for the apartment on 2nd Floor but when I signed with Nakheel, it was on first floor, they simply refused taht they made such offer.
The name of this crook is Rashid.
