Hey all,
Wanted to ask you some questions about the possibility of becoming a property loan consultant and eventually mortgage broker in Dubai.
Are there any specific licenses to acquire in Dubai for this career? And do you know of any places to get some training/courses on the exact local market property market and conditions in Dubai, since it is quite different from the UK anyway.
Seems like this area offers great opportunities, a friend of a friend is working in Dubai presently as a mortgage broker and is averaging about USD 17 K per month, not too shabby!
Your help would be much appreciated!
