Candidates with BSc in quantity surveying or a civil engineering background can apply for this role. A relevant experience in quantity surveying of minimum 8 years is a pre-requisite. The candidate should have worked on large projects and high-rise structures. Experience on variations, valuations, invoices, claims management & avoidance will be a must. You will be required to have managerial skills to supervise and guide a team of surveyors.
You MUST be educated to degree level with at least 5 years experience in a similar role and willing to relocate to the Middle East. Previous Middle East experience is advantageous.
