I guess the forum should have a separate zone for UAE property related discussions. I mean not listing of properties but more of discussions related to properties. There are many residents who want to buy instead of renting but not sure if it is a good idea to buy in dubai, where to get finance from, what are the legalities of buying a house in dubai etc...
