I want to know about the solution of my confusion, recently I visited the UAE on visit visa, and search the job. Before 15 days when my visa will expiring I got a job and I worked there some days, but unfortunate the company is not change my visit visa to employment visa due to short time of my visa validity. The company said to me leave the UAE on the expiry on my visa, and they will send a new employment visa to me on my address for re-entering the UAE. And they also give a appointment letter also. I am confused what to do if they can't send visa. Please give some advice to me.

As far as I know, once all the correct documents are filed with the labour department then you can stay - it should only take a week or so to process. But if the company won't start, then you'll have to leave and rely on them to organise employment visit visa. Or return on your own visit visa / tourist visa.
You can renew a tourist or visit visa once for 30 days.
