If anything it's a good thing, more people should use public transport and get that flipping train running. i would love to use public transport...but where is it....i have heard they are coming up with metro...but when, 2008....i dont know wht the authorities are up to....if locals start investing in public transport...i think the ROCE will be more than those rotating city type sh*tty projects sa4877 I totally agree. The Public Transport is the crappiest in this city. If the authorities take care of this, a lot of the problems would be taken care of... including traffic congestions and pollution. There should be more Point-to-Point transportation solution instead of the Municipality buses taking you around the city for a tour. Liban

Heh! Right after the hurricane it blasted up to $1.5/litre.... But our problem is is refinery costs and more importantly TAXES TAXES TAXES on petroleum... Nik Is it true the inflated petrol prices are because some of the companies (not all) send their oil to refineries in the far east? If I remember correctly Adnoc and Enoc were willing to keep petrol prices down but others could not keep up due to their expensive refinement process sniper420 yeah those maggot gulf countries wag their tail if us asks em to increase the output. yes thats true .. they get it from singapore. Its sad, that they dont have refinery capacity to cover such a small country.
