Based in Dubai and reporting to the Executive Management Team (EMT), you will have at least 5 years experience in PA and Administration activities. You will have professional experience and business acumen in Finance, Investments or Private Equity sectors.
You will be responsible for supporting the EMT with high level documentation management, diary management, travel bookings, personal and family related matters, dealing with visiting VIPs, dignitaries and diplomats. You will also be responsible for day-to-day office management activities, liaison with suppliers, office insurers and coordination of events. You must have expert knowledge of the MS office application in particular Word and Powerpoint. You will be a seasoned PA with original business administration skills such as shorthand. You will be highly skilled in forming excellent relationships and in assisting a diverse management team in a unique, evolving and challenging environment. Ability to work flexible hours is essential. Fluency in written and spoken English is an absolute necessity.
