I have a question about Dubai architecture, and I couldn't find the answer in the Internet. That's why I decided to ask it here.
To cut it short, I need an information about so called
Palm Tower which is a project of Sybarite company (). I can't understand whether this tower is really built in Jumeirah Village or whether it's just a project which has never been realized.
I've managed to find only short descriptions and 3D-pictures of this tower. Please, if it exists or if at least it's under construction now will you tell me where I can get more information and photos of this tower?
Also I'm interested in any current architecture projects in Dubai. If you know about any, will you tell me please?

Sybarite is a design/architect company, not a property developer. The fact you can't find anything is an indication it may not be realised. Usually is a good place for property stuff but I couldn't find anything there that is different from what you found on the sybarite site.
