Why are you so keen to have this Adblock extension? Just seeing banners and Google Ads on sites does not bother me. It's the big ones that spring up in the middle of a page you are reading ;they're the only ones that bother me.
Ordinary Google Ads can add to a site. Take which suggests various ways of earning money online.
Well, the Google Ads on that are also various money-making ideas which some will find useful, so the augment the web-site , not detract from it!

We have around 500 a day hitting , with the majority going to . Search terms involving gold are the most popular in that.
We have a very useful link to , which is free.
If you have a web-site, link it to Statcounter and you can see the EXACT search terms that people put into Google or Yahoo [say] to find your site. This is very useful. It also shows what part of the world the inquirer comes from. We get people from all over the world hitting . There are many inquiries on gold prices. I don't understand why Dubai gold sellers are not advertising on our site.

No-one has answered a question I have asked elsewhere. Do the residents of Dubai see the Dubai and Qatar domains that are for sale at the top of ?
I'm not sure if they appear or not. They are not there to harm Dubai. In fact, they will greatly assist the economy if the right people acquire them and then build appropriate web-sites to market Dubai property, holidays, shopping, investments etc.
The reason is simple. They are excellent and very appropriate domains , especially for the UK market. Also for the European market.
I honestly feel that there are not enough web-sites in Dubai ,marketing various aspects to the people of Europe. Without extensive marketing on the internet, Dubai is bound to suffer.

Web ads are useless. It's so 90s before the dotcom boom. Unless you're as big as Google/Facebook, you got to have real brick & mortar business.
More and more people use Adblock extension on their browser (Firefox).

If you go onto from Dubai, can you actually see a banner advertising Dubai and Qatar domains with . and .com endings on the front page?

First, I use paid VPN (US based) for my Internet connection (means websites will see that I'm located somewhere in US), so any IP-region-based ads targeted for Middle East will be unrelevant.
Second, I use all the time Adblock extensions on Firefox where I block almost all banners & ads including GoogleAds.

It may work if it's not IP-region-based ads or you're targeting UK-based visitors who use Internet Explorer as their browsers (no ad blocker extension) and/or doesn't know well Internet technology (to put Adblock extension).

First, I don't want all the clutters which mostly irrelevant. I want clean websites.
Second, it makes the website load faster as it won't download the blocked items which sometimes takes 50% or more of the size especially with flash ads.

I have . I sold to the California Travel and Tourism Authority, who already OFFICIALLY marketed using . Now my old domain, is used on UK TV to attract Brits to California. I sold it too cheap.
I still have for sale. That now has HUGE marketing possibilities !!
