this is what .. i give a finger.. and you grab ma hand..
search for proxy list w/ port .. go to internet explorer settings - connection - dialup/connection settings or / LAN Settings
Uncheck ** AUTOMATICALLY DETECT SETTINGS **
Check ** USE PROXY SERVER **
Type in the proxy and the port. It doesnt work try other address.. if that doesnt.. then keep on trying with others.
Try browsing .
P.S .. Browsing would be delayed as you might be accessing Proxy's from different location. Delay time varies.
You can use anonymizer software that tunnels ur conenction ..
