Hope this is the right place to put this question.
My company is opening in Dubai with an estate brokerage, or agency office.
We normally employ brokers/agents on a commission only basis in other countries where we operate.
Is this allowed in the UAE, what is the norm here, basic salary plus commission?
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Your style of compensation is certainly not the norm, but i dont think there is anything legally that will stop you from doing that, i think. Usually there is a basic salary and add to it comission from sales.
