I neet a Network Monitoring tool to monitor the users on my network and how much bandwidht they occupy on the Internet.
Know of any good ones u personally used? nothing to fancy....
just need to see who downloading alot of crap, and using which port n protocol.

Web traffic or all traffic. Web traffic you should be able to handle easily by setting up a transparent proxy and monitoring it at that junction. Other traffic... well, you'd need to monitor your NAT then. Can be done though and if you check sourceforge or even Ubuntu software manager (make sure you select the Universe for software) you should find something.
