one night stand

gicser6 ok here goes! Let's just say some guy had a one night stand and it turned out that the 'date' was an arabic woman who claimed she was Lebanese and christian... Being a naive guy after a few bears, although a bit suspicous, the guy decides to go ahead and has sexual intercourse...unfortunately, the condom breaks... it's just the beginning. For a number of reasons, the guy suspects the girl had deliberately split the condom during a BJ lol...not only because she was apparently acting strange, but also because she stole a piece of paper out of his top drawer which he was unable to retrieve from her...it is possible it had a name on it...the guy just can't remember as is the case with many guy's top drawers. However, he's pretty sure it isn't a bank statement or passport...but it could have his name on it. Bottom line...the guy suspects that the girl tried to get pregnant deliberately...for whatever scary reason...and then tried to steal some form of ID. Could anybody give some advice on the best thing to do in this case, assuming the girl is a local. 1) What could she being trying to achieve?? 2)worst case - the girl's pregnant, outside marriage etc. What are the consequences for the non-muslim guy??? 2) should he be advised to leave the country ASAP?? assuming this happened a couple of days ago??? (For argument’s sake let’s not go into the wellbeing of the child and the father’s responsibilities etc.!) Thanks
XX  Well.., that's what can happen when you go for "one night stand"... What are your thoughts, guys?? arniegang If she is local or not she is in more serious trouble than you. She cannot go to a doctor in the UAE because if she is not married the doctor is legally bound to report her to the authorities if she is pregnant and single. Her religion is of no consequence. No court in the UAE or the middle east would allow her right to a paternity test. Dont worry busa Could be worse mate you could ride a Honda RobbyG
Not to offend anyone;
So basically, what the rules are implying; Its Mecca for single men.
No worries, women don't have any rights and we men can do what we want?
Here in Europe we'll be prosecuted for all sorts of fatherhood obligations to the pregnant women (when married) not to mention the child support costs etc etc for 20 years.
Excuse my sarcasm, but now I understand why the women in muslim society actually want to wear the scarve and burka's etc. to avoid being arroused. Its makes life much easier for them...
Right... :? arniegang Thats a fair summary Robbie  gicser6 Thanks guys. Lol@busa :) Trying not to dig too deep here but...I guess there could be an even worse worst case scenario! What if she is married and that the guy gets accused of adultery or worse...do you think it's possible she's wanting to accuse the guy of 'without consent'? Why she'd do this I'm not sure!! Just that worrying thought that 'they' may always believe the local in a word against word situation. Chocoholic
Not neccesarily true! I know several girls that have gotten into trouble like this and certain hospitals and clinics do not report the situation. Dubai Knight
RAOTFLMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Knight gicser6 lol..joking aside! does anyone have any thoughts on my previous post??

Chocoholic Again, sadly under local laws the woman always comes off worse. Dubai Knight Alternately, she could not be pregnant and was looking for something with your name on it because you never told her who you are...   Knight Chocoholic True. The chances are very slim that anything is wrong. Mahmoud04
Does that mean law are not fair enough for such a situation!!
is this situations should be covered by law anyway?
M Chocoholic In Sharia law it's always the woman's fault, because men are never never at fault and never do anything wrong. TheChoosen Maybe he has been raped???? arniegang
8) 8) 8) Dubai Knight

I heard a story almost similar to this:
The Arab woman got pregnant ...
The man leaved the country right away...
The woman's father got angry-He called the man by phone and convinced him to marry his daughter and promised him to manage their business...
The man believed the woman's father's tale and went back to the counrty...
At the airport he was arrested right away...charged of rape..and was punished by law.
coleenvin Whatever he is in trouble right now & i don't know what will happen in future. dubai1970 You are telling us different versions in your two posts. First you said she is Lebanese chritian. Then later you said local? Local means am emarati muslim? or a lebanese working expat? Then you said she is pregnant and it happened 2 days ago? How can you know in 2 days if she is preg or not? or you feared she might get preg? Then you talk about running from the country when you came to know she is a married woman. I am lost, so please tell us the right version otherwise it could be just a one night stand and you have made a mountain out of a mole..... Now if all you mentioned is correct, then simply meet the girl again and go down on your knees and beg her to spare you ;-) Cheers paradisehug thaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaanks DubaiInformationSite yes women draw the lower end of the stick. however if the man wasnt arab and the woman was and seriously got attached, then ohohhhh....i'd watch out if i were the man. id run!!
