Try peeling off the skin with a knife or a scalpel , might hurt, but do it after being drunk, or best peel it and pour some spirit on it :lol:

I gather you're talking about the insightly nipple hair.
Not sure anything apart from plucking that will work.

Firstly, drink a bottle of spirits (minimum 40% proof)
Next heat your clothes iron to max.
Next call for an ambulance, as you will need it in 5 minutes.
Finally, apply hot iron to affected area until you can smell your skin getting crispy.
