Hi
Can someone please let me know if this area is growing in Dubai. I read about the Dubai Mercantile Exchange but info is thin on the ground. It sounds like an open outcry exchange. If you have any contacts I would be obliged. Needless to say would love to move to Dubai.

The DME is a new electronic platform, but with hubs in a main office area based in the DIFC. The opening date was supposed to be in the 4th quarter of 2006, but still no news.
I'm planning on moving out to Dubai, and hopefully getting something in this field.
