Once again this one is regarding the ban. i've been working for almost 20 months with the current employer and am an engineer by profession. My contract is of 'unlimited' nature. Do i require an NOC from my current employer to join a new company?
if my current employer isnt ready to give NOC, wil ministry of labour wil impose ban? If yes, is it possible to lift the ban by any other means?
i heard that 6 months ban cant be avoided in anycase if NOC isnt there irrespective of my period of service. true?

i'm totaly not old here, and don't have such expereince, but i heared from a friend is there is a fine to not get pan for the 6 months. but i think if u go to the web site of the labour or call the toll free of them may be u got the best answer of what u want to ask about, and plz if u got info update us. good luck
