LMFAOROTF Dubai Knight Totally proven tried and tested technique, works every time: Ingredients: Bread Milk Honey A toaster 1 Bottle Jack Daniels or Jim Beam Recipe: Pour a good measure of the JD or JB into a glass with ice and taste to ensure consistency. After checking, top up as required. Take 1 loaf of white bread and attempt to get the little plastic thingy off the end without tearing bag. Fail and scatter slices of bread all over kitchen. Check JD for consistency. Attempt to plug 2 pin toaster plug into 3 pin socket. Use metal knife to stick in the earth hole and watch the pretty blue flash...and all the house lights go out. Fumble around in dark for torch to check fuse box, but find JD instead. Check for consisitenacity. Having repulsed ther fuse, retrun to kitchen and attempt to sturff bread into the toaster, but the holes arrear to be the rong way roun...hehehe! Check JD fro cnosisiterny...consniftisencey...ah whatever! Apprly honey to floor...Oops! Forghot the bred! Hahahaha! Nevr mind...tastes betr lickd off the floor anyhows! Yummmy! Release some ceratonin?? :lol: Chocoholic Drink a mug of warm milk with honey before bed, it's a natural sedative and sends you right off to sleep. Also a couple of drops of Lavender oil on the pillow. sage & onion

yeah i read way too much so it doesnt really help me. i always find myself wanting to finish it before i go to bed, even if i cant stand the book. zam Try a warm bath it might help :) Chocoholic That's always a good one, and again a couple of drops of Lavender oil in the ater works a treat - just don't fall alseep in the bath. If this does not work... go to the steps below. Meditation helps. It relaxes you and makes you feel sleepy. Breathe in through your mouth and fill your lungs up with air like a balloon. Release the air like letting go of a balloon. Close your eyes and concentrate on that breathing. Breathe out any tension and stress. Think, "I am breathing in... I am breathing out". Once you feel a little more relaxed, send the air to different parts of your body (picture in your mind it's going to places). ive tried all the suggestions either before they were suggested to me (lol) or after. i must say the jd helped, i fell asleep at about 4am that night....even though i started at about 10... :roll:
i think ill just have to go see a doctor about this. i dont know what help its going to be though, the sleeping pills dont even work anymore.

nothing will get rid of the smell of onions on ur bed. bear Go to the pharmacy and get something called melatonin, take 2 an hour before you want to sleep. It's a herbal thing that kick starts your brain into releasing melatonin and serotonin , but also strengthens your natural sleep pattern. 2 days on and 2 days off for a week should get your brain used to the schedule. Some people I have put on to it say it brings on lucid dreams and nightmares that are hard to wake up from... I've never had that problem. Give it a try. bushra21 ok will do that tonight then. however! if i get any nightmares that i cant wake up from....well, you better never let me find you. lol i dont like nightmares :cry: St.Lucifer

yes, but sometimes the natural solution doesnt always work...and you need a little added help :roll: DaveDXB in the long run, i AM totally agaisnt tablets and any additives or artificial etc etc. my habiby just let everyone know, about the topic. can not sleep. drinking milk or tea or eaten something or reading book doesn't help. it is something to do with your brain not with your stomach. there are some rasons, if people can not sleep, specially jonge people. 1-beeing in love with someone 2-having a problem (realtion+business+family) 3-warried about something 4-thinking to much and making some fantasy planing(married+having childreen+holiday+you can not forget ur x) for this kind of people it is very hard to sleep. when you are thinking, your brain cells are active and busy. so it is hard to get rest. only solution is fix the problem that the person has. other solution is, Do some sport or activity untill your body get tired. than you can sleep. have a good sleep. sweet dream. good luck.
