Hi,
I am planning to shift to Dubai on a company assignment. I would be paid 14.5K AED pm. I am planning to move with spouse and kid (15 months). I am looking to rent a 1BD or studio flat in Dubai.How are the rents pm. Do we need to pay entire year's rent at a time. Because, my company might ask me to travel to Oman/Qatar so continous one year ..i cannot stay.. what are agent's commissions and penalty for breaking rent agreement ( like moving out before 1 year) ..in case I need to move out of Dubai to Oman/Qatar.
