Of all the countries in the world that will be least affected by the credit crunch, Kuwait and Brunei will suffer the least. the population and the territory is small and they are awash with oil. Yes the price per barrel may drop to next to nothing, but per capita they are still in a positive GDP no matter what.
The only thing you will have to cope with as possibly the most arrogant, dumb, lazy, feckless bunch of locals on the planet!
Apart from that, go for the money!
