Your employer won't give her a unless she works for them. As her husband, you can sponsor her for a residency visa, which is probably the best arrangement - then she can take as long as she likes to find a job, and only needs the work permit.

Hi All,
I am moving to Dubai early October from India. I have an offer from a company as a Order Processing and Logistics Manager. They are paying me 6500 AED + 1BHK accomodation + 1 Car with maintenece ( after I get my License) and Bonus. Is this a Good Offer?
I will be accompaned with my wife and she will also work there but only after we reach there she will look for a Job.

As her husband you can sponsor her. Ask your company how this works.
Don't hold your breath over getting your drivers licence. Sorry but it takes forever here.
