Ok, 2 things:
Bear - please stop doing multiple replies in a stupid attempt to increase your post count. This was funny at first, but the joke is wearing thin. If I see you've done this again, I will edit your posts, so that all you have posted appears on one post, and then have the others deleted.
As for this suggestion, well I'd be in favour of a two-tiered approach. I say delete those people who have never posted anything on the forums after, say, a month, then delete those not posting anything in a year or so.
There is a problem with deleting though - I believe it deletes all of their posts (though maybe admin has a way around that?). Take Liban for example. We wouldn't want his 5000 posts to just disappear, as there were the odd post here and there that are still used as reference now (like in Expat help etc).

i dont think you should delete a person just because they dont post...i mean, what harm are they causing?

Afrodita's Daughter
maybe i am a new here, but i don't understand, why to close accounts of people who don't post? isn't that some kind of discrimination? why everybody must post after all?
also, why the number of posts is that much important? i think that quality of posts is more important.
