medical question for someone living in dubai

i_need_help i'm going to be travelling to dubai in a couple months, then from there, i will go to africa. is there any place in dubai where i can get a yellow fever vaccination? i've tried calling and emailing different clinics there, but can't ever get through or get a response. any help will be appreciated.
sharewadi Ah yes. I thought I heard of a clinic that specialises in tropical diseases and vaccinations but it's a vague recollection. Sorry that's not much help to you but if I find more information I'll post back here. You could try somewhere like the American Hospital or Welcare. Even if they can't help you directly, they may be able to send you to the right place. Chocoholic This maybe a stupid question, but why don't you get the vaccination BEFORE you come to Dubai? sharewadi
Sounds like a good question to me. Unless s/he is staying long enough in Dubai that the vaccination certificate expires before heading to Africa.
This site may have some information (I didn't search it, was just in my bookmarks)...
/ Chocoholic But a Yellow fever vaccine after booster lasts for 10 years. i_need_help i'm in a remote part of a country that does not have access to the vaccination (either that, or the medical people here just don't want to help me). the next country i stop in, before africa, will be uae (dubai). sharewadi
