Not really, but you could try The Balloon Lady on the 1st floor of Jumeirah Plaza on the Beach Road. They have fancy dress and some simple magic tricks.

there are mini stalls at the malls who sell magic tricks, the one I can recall right now is at Ajman Citi Center next to the cinema.
however, if you want to learn quality tricks you should consider getting them online have a look at / for few $$$ you will learn amazing ticks.

I actually need to buy bicycle playing cards, ghost deck n gaff decks!! i will be going to dubai in coming days thats why was luking for a magic shop!! anyways thanks! :D
