How did you get those ones directly from Emaar?
Does Emaar actually rent appartment??

Yes Emaar do lease out their properties directly - hence it's much cheaper than when you rent it from an agent. But such opportunity doesn't come by very often. I heard they have 2 more 1 bed room apts left. You can call them at 04-361 8179.
