Hey all, first off Happy New Year to everyone! :)
I am going to be in the market this year for a villa and needed some advice from the real estate gurus here.
Here is some info about my requirements:
1. 4 Bedroom Villa
2. Budget 3.5-4 Million AED
I am looking for a good quality villa and would prefer not to go beyond the 4th interchange if possible. Also, Emirates Road/Arabian Ranches area is too far out for me.
I have heard that Nakheel is not good at all, and Emaar is miles ahead. Any truth to this?
Would appreciate some suggestions for good properties :)
