Hey there,
Looking for a 2 bed Villa in the Ranches. Looking for the end of October occupancy. Married couple, no kids. Any word-of-mouth tips would be great. A short-term sublet would be okay as well. I have seen a few online, but am hoping I can save a few bucks. Thanks for any reply!

Loads of 'stuff' in there, worth a looky at!!
And negotiate a deal, they do move on the price and the amount up front!
GOOD LUCK! xx

Thanks English Girlie. I've looked at Betterhomes, etc. There seems to be lots in there. I will check out the Gulf News as well. The rents listed for identical places seem to have quite a range. I will have the whole year up front, so I plan to negotiate. Can't see why I should pay 145k when there is a place on the same street for 135k. I guess we'll see. I have had the fortune to be able to have a look around and know where I want to live, so I think half the battle is done!

I'm a freelancer and I have a ville in Al Reem 2 type 4E fully furnished direct from the owner, I can send you the photos if you like.
The price is unbelievable very close to the unfurnished price.

i love to see this lots of vacancies and realtors fighting for customers, a beautiful sight and a far cry from a year ago, I hope this is a good sign of the future.
