hi all,
i am moving to dubai next month as i m working in a korean construction company i m looking for apartment with one bed or villa
but about over 700 square miter i think i can pay around 3000AED per month so please guide me some sites or give me some guess which area is good for my requirment as i m gona live there like 2 years with my wife and one 3yrs kid i need small apart or villa but i can pay just around 3000AED ill so thanks full to all mates who adivce me about area and websites and also tell me to guess about price or rooms meet my requirments

You will not find any decent apartments or villas for AED3,000 per month, in actual fact you won't even be able to find a decent room for that price.

thanks for reply Mr. shaq i was waiting for some reply for longer maybe i got caculation trouble with me can u tell me again can i find dubai or around it apart 1200~1400 USD $ per month base coz my company is already giving me new car for use or what do u think about resonable price of one bed apart in or around duabi thanks for reply again

For that amount your best bet will be International City and Al Ghusais. They are the cheapest areas and you can still get 1 bed apartments for around 55,000 - 60,000 Dhs a year.

pooh smell, rats and traffic issues are w/o extra charges. DEWA plus www are xtras
to spit it out for 3K Dhs you may can find some bridge u/c which at least is quiet until its finalized

i am off 7 days beg. Sept. for 3k i can let you my place for the time which is actually the price i pay in the Marina Slum area for 7 days for a STUDIO
