The apartment is in The Greens, a brand new building called Arno.
It has a gym and a pool; very nice indeed.
The rent does not include any bills. 140k is less than the going rate for a 2 bedroom place in this building. Check on
I am asking for 5k per month for the 2nd bedroom, which is almost exactly the same size as the other room.
