I have been working on a Business Plan for a a while now..
Initial investment would be approx. $300k to $500K
It would give an ROI in about 18 to 24 months with unilimited potential.
I am based in Pakistan right now but a DUBAI based business with operations in Pakistan would be my initial target.
Then it can be implemented in most countries around the world.. (especailly the developing countries.)
This is an IT Bases business.
It will require a bit of IT Development..
A number of OUT LETs to be placed around the country (included in the startup cost).
