Is there any place where I can go and read peacefully till late? The public libraries close at 9 and are not open on weekends :shock:

NO! Post 9pm ur on ur own. Sad but true.
But someoen mentioned to me that they have the British Library in Dubai which is 24 hrs. I'm not sure though. Might have to contact the British council to know more.
