One of Dubai’s largest law firms URGENTLY require a Secretarial Team Leader based within their busy Corporate department.
As well as providing full secretarial support to fee earners, you will act as a central point of contact for the secretaries within the group. Duties include - assisting in all secretarial matters (absence, holiday cover performance issues etc), secretarial recruitment, work flow management, service management as well as being a mentor to the secretaries. This role would ideally suit someone who has proven secretarial supervisory experience or someone looking to expand on their current senior secretarial role.
Candidates currently based in the UAE would be preferred however; candidates from elsewhere will also be considered.
