Warm milk with some honey in it.

add a bit of dry ginger, black pepper and palm sugar to the tea.. it works wonders.

i have to say ginger ... you can buy it powdered from the grocery store and mix it with warm milk and honey ... you will be better quick ..
also lay off the shisha for a while :P
