Hi all,
I have a large two bedroom+hall apartment available for rent.
It's a totally seperate apartment in a two story villa in Al Muteena, behind Sheraton Deira, with private entrance and everything. Lots of parking available too.
Each room + kitchen has a balcony.
Apartment is Window AC and their are ceiling fans in each room.
Only drawback some people may have is that there's only 1 bathroom.
The rent is betweek 60-70k, depending on payment options, which includes water & electricity.
