I do not think it is anything major but
sometimes feels pinched and cramped when I put all my weight upon it. This is when I am walking.
It is hard to describe where the pain is coming from but it feels like it is from the side of the knee and in the front.
I am thinking that it may be my IT band which extends from the hip.
Has this happened to anyone else?
