ok i am cunducting 2 polls on behalf of cargirl...one on the date and the second one on the timings...
this poll is for the DATE...please vote accordingly...

Perhaps it is getting more complicated than it needs to be. I thought Thursday August 27th 10:30 was ok for most (you'll never be able to agree on a date that works for all). This is over a month advance warning so that plans can me made accordingly. A few may not be able to make this one race but perhaps the next, and next. So my vote for cargirl to update the list with the following on the heading "Thursday August 27th at 10:30 pm" those who had expressed interest earlier can remains those who can't are off the list (replaced by someone else), etc.

it will be after work...between 6:30 till max 10 30 at night...will coming to that after we decide on the DATE...one thing for sure...its not going to be during working hours...

i agree with you on this one...cargirl?..we can keep the poll going if you want...how about giving it a day or two...

Woh, I thought the original date was Thursday Agust 27th (did not bother to check whether 27th of August is a thursday). So never mind.

JULY .
Otherwise you can add an option for Thursday 24th of August.
