I've heard the 20,000 apartments at Jumeirah Beach Residence will be ready towards the end of the year. Anyone willing to speculate what the rentals for 3beds will be like there? 20,000 aparments in one go is a lot, especially when a considerable number of investors there have lost their money from the stock market and are keen to recover their losses.
