You should be able to save on that salary - the only thing missing from your package that I can see is a travel/car allowance. But even that is relatively cheap here.

It is hard to determine without knowing where you come from and what type of lifestyle you already maintain. For example if you like to go out , even once a week, with friends for drinks you could basically see your salary evaporate. My suggestion is to do a search here on similar topics. Look at the basic cost of groceries here for one and compare. For some that would be half of their expected monthly salary and for others that would be twice their monthly salary. Also you have to look at long term goals and your reason for moving-is it to save money, upgrade your lifestyle or for experience? My opinion differs to Shaf's and I'd say it is not enough.
