To introduce myself, I am Hiren Mistry currently residing in Mumbai-India.
I have over 6 years of quality IT experience and am currently employed as a software Test Team Lead and moonlight as a Project Lead most of the time.
Can anyone be kind enuff to tell me whether there a market for my kinda ppl. I am also planning to visit Dubai for a month soon will that be enuff to atleat attend a few interviews?
Do I need to do any groundwork before I land in Dubai which will increase my prospects?

BT WHOLESALE SITE REFRESH ()
This website is British Telecoms Business to business website. Currently the website is in a redesign phase. Since BT is a UK based organization it is mandatory that their website is accessible. The aim is the meet the AA website accessibility standard.

North Yorkshire County Council Project ():
The new Access to Services project aims to enable customer service requests and related information to be collected by front office access channels, such as a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and web portal. Application and service integration is a fundamental part of the project.

Creation of user journey document for the client
Creation of Test Plan for individual phases of the project
Leading a team of 3 test analysts

HP Design and Print Version 2 (Workflow Tool, Internal for HP):
Allocated as a Lead Test Analyst for the development of a Content Management Tool that automates the manual process of designing and deploying new projects and designs for Design and Print that sits under the Get Creative platform of HP Europe.
The development and deployment of this project was done from the UK office of Netdecisions.

The project is in its maintenance phase and content is being added to the sites on a continuous basis. I am allocated as a sole Test Analyst for the project. The site is developed for 17 European languages and all country sites are being revamped to standard.
Managed the creation of metrics reports for all the sites. The task involved downloading reports from a 3rd party site, collating the data and presenting it in excel format for better understanding and further analysis.

British Waterways () -
Waterscape Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of British Waterways. One of the UK's leading inland waterway navigation authorities, it manages and cares for 2000 miles (3,219km) of canals, rivers and docks, buildings, structures and landscapes.
Project Engine intents to create a new channel for consumers to access information on waterways and related service providers. The aim is to generate greater interest in the waterways amongst the current user community and potential users so as to drive more people to the waterways for recreation. It should also generate revenues by bringing together the consumers with providers of waterways related goods and services.
