Is there anyone who believes in love---true love


prettygal Is there anyone who believes in love.... I dont say I am insensitive...but i feel true love doesnt exists... and if some1 loves truly he/she loses herself/himself... this is what i have seen in front of my eyes...

lovers chasing their loved ones so much so that they even forget their primary duties....
believe me the intention of opening this thread was just to get the different views and also to get the correct opinions about love....
because its really hard to find and love someone truely xty
you can't find love and love someone truly, without you get the same thing from the other side. that is not true love, that is blind love.
the key to true love is "TRUST MUTUALLY". then all things will be opened for both of you. puppypup I believe in true love but I believe most of us won't get it or be scared to have it. Most of us will settle for stability and safety, which isn't the end of the world. Speedhump That question is asked all the time here :) Different kinds of love: love for a lover love for a brother or closest friend love for a son or daughter love just for the beauty of the world maybe. I'm sure you mean the first ;) But they are all emotional responses to people or things, if the last three exist then surely the first must as well. How to define them? The Greeks have different words for different kinds of 'love'. That seems sensible! We have the capacity to think above the level of other animals. We have invented ways to examine and express our feelings subtly. So love, yes sure! But no-one said it lasts for ever, or if it does then it can re-shape itself into different forms. Confusing and makes my head hurt!

obituary07 Yes i agree too...that true love doesn't exist.....it only does in books and movies.. silent I dont beleive in true luv. Wats the use of it f in one second it dissolve. I Had a luv and in one mintue everything disappeared. So even if there is true love even staryed for years but at one second u will feel so stupid to beleive in it. This was my conclusion after an experience. lonely-soul hahahaha that seems a good song!! but haey.......have it ever happened to you that you felt you can't live without another person. well i have.........and sad part is....i also have seen that feeling evaporating in thin air after some time........ even if true love does exist.........its just like every other relation and it fades away or dies if not given same consideration or the time it requires. xty but one thing to remember... the more we expect the more we loose. just let it flow... you'll know it only when you feel/experience it love is limited and temporary. only God's love lasts forever. There's nothing wrong with broken hearts. I dislike unemotional people, people who pretend they are made of stone, or people who are just too scared to allow strong emotions into their lives and to throw themselves committedly into relationships! :) Speedhump Help! Well true love doesn't really exists forever....I do remember reading some research & survey done...the conclusion was that there is true love...but with time it fades away......love for each other is at its peak when the people involved get married. no personal experiences but i have seen my friends being betrayed...at times though feel sad for them but at the same time feel great to see that I am happy soul alive who can do without love...

You shouldn't! He doesn't respect you! Love must go in both ways or shouldn't go at all. Loving someone that hurts you is like loving crack or heroin. It destroys you.
