We have access to many properties in the UK that are well below market value. We are looking for investors to help us obtain these properties before the prices start to rise again.
Some of the properties may need cosmetic work doing to enhance there saleability, whereas others may need a full refurbishment.
We do not buy new build apartments due to the negative publicity attached to them within the lending fraternity. We always look to buy first time buyer and family homes as this is where the most demand is.
