From the Daily Show - Jon Stewart interviews a Jewish American and a Palestinian politician:
(First of two parts)
Not often these guys get their views onto US television.
Notably - that the conflict is a 'human issue', not all Palestinians are Muslims, and that 90% of the Palestinian struggle has been non-violent. The lady also makes the point that the injustices carried out by Israel cannot be justified by Judaism.
But watch and make up your own minds.
Cheers,
Shafique

It's a nice gimmick to appear on the such show..isn't it?
I wonder how relevant or effective such initiatives could be when İsrail still threatens to strike with Phosphorus bombs that are weapons of mass destruction…
Last year israel violated the “low of war” and used this bomb costing the lives of nearly 1500 innocent people mainly women and children.
This is a very recent interview I found on the net…
They even admit using this bomb during war in Lebanon..

Berrin its pretty much accepted that both Hamas and IDF forces carried out war crimes.

The Goldstone report calls for both Hamas and the Israeli Government to investigate the instances of alleged war crimes committed by each party.
As Haaretz reported, Hamas has said it will comply with this request:

Meshal: Hamas ready to probe Goldstone report
By Haaretz Service
Hamas' political leader has said that his Islamist organization is willing to form an investigative committee to present "the facts" of its actions during the winter conflict with Israel, following a United Nations report which accused both sides of war crimes during the hostilities.
"When Hamas deals seriously with the Goldstone report, with some reservations on it, this is evidence that Hamas respects the international law and is ready to cooperate with this law," Khaled Meshal

This is in contrast with the Israeli response.
For me, war crimes are war crimes - I denounce any Palestinian killing of civilians and value each life equally. It is a shame that some other posters first check to see the religion of the terrorist before choosing to condemn or stay silent.
