Does anyone have any experience or opinion about AXA and Royal & SunAlliance? Could you please share it with us?

recently my car go hit in the parking by some lady. ( posted pics on 'snap your ride' - AUTO Forums ) the lady's car was insured by AXA.
Pretty fast people, paper work done in 5 minutes. The garage guys had the car for 3 days & they did a very neat job as well. Paints excellent, parts replaced were new also.
So far this is my experience with AXA ( Besides they have a very big marketing schema on radios etc. )
Although i regret walking from garhoud to abu hail for 3 consecutive days :(
