Hi there,
how about a section where we can post and discuss current news articles?
In other forums where I have been an active member I have found these quite useful and entertaining and they generate a lot of dialogue about specific issues.
Currently news items are scattered all over the forum, and a central place where these could be discussed would be beneficial.

i.e. scattered all over the place which was exactly the point I was trying to make.
Still, if the idea has been discussed before then I guess there's zero merit in discussing it again.
