Anyone looked into how long it takes to immigrate to Canada from Dubai i.e. time between starting the paper-work to being a landed immigrant?

2 to 3 years, unless your a highly qualified and sought after individual. I know a friend who got in less than 6 months. He's a AVP in a well know bank here and has oodles of professional experience.
