Yes yes.. especially south Indians.. Congee is actually derived from the term Kanji (dravidian, South indian languages)

Soba noodles is also a pretty good choice too JMK could live on Cesar salad or Lentil soup with lemon juice whole month. Presently surviving on low fat youghurt, water and green tea (diet/detox).. :) .
