if muslims are terroists then what do you call these guys?


rudeboy Watch out for these guys, they are hired by the USA government and if they are in your country, they cant not be brought to justice nor can they be punished in your country. If muslims are terroists then I guess these guys are heros ;) by the way they have been investigated by the FBI etc etc and i dont think wikipedia was written by a muslim ;) #Punishment_of_contractors These guys operate in Afghanistan, they are already in Pakistan and most probably in most of the countries across the Middle East. They have been banned from operating in Iraq by the USA government and that says alot. But they will never be brought to justic.

ISLAMABAD: Suicide attacks, car bombings, shootings in the capital and fighting in the mountains — Taliban guerrillas are dragging Pakistan into a war deadlier than in Afghanistan and mimicking the carnage of Iraq.
Militant attacks killed at least 320 people in Pakistan last month alone, including 170 civilians slaughtered in market bombings in the northwestern city of Peshawar, according to tallies from police and medics, and the bloodshed has continued in November.
Across the border in Afghanistan, where US President Barack Obama is mulling whether to send thousands of extra troops into battle against the Taliban, attacks were more frequent, but the death toll for October was around 130.
Pakistan is on the frontline of the US war on Al-Qaeda and has been a key ally in the Afghan campaign, but local analysts warn that increased instability in the country of 167 million people could prove more damaging.
‘The danger here is much greater. It's a bigger country, more developed with the nuclear bomb and all that,’ said tribal affairs expert Rahimullah Yusufzai.
‘The previous three or four attacks in markets was a kind of strategy that was being used in Iraq... but it will come at a cost. No guerrilla movement can survive without local support,’ he added.
However, controversial US drone attacks on Pakistani soil have killed not only Al-Qaeda and Taliban operatives, but also civilians, helping to galvanise anti-American fervour.
Pakistan's latest fight against militants — a month-long offensive designed to crush the havens of an estimated 10,000 home-grown Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) fighters — is running into resistance.
Seventeen soldiers died on Thursday in the bloodiest battle to date since Pakistan launched its offensive in the mountainous South Waziristan region on October 17, with 30,000 troops backed by fighter jets and helicopter gunships.
Leading TTP spokesman Azam Tariq said the militia had started a ‘guerrilla war’ in Waziristan and would attack cities to prove ‘we can fight for years’.
‘This strategy can work in Waziristan, in mountain areas, places where the army is stretched out, where the supply lines are going to be long, but the Taliban are not really trained for urban guerrilla warfare,’ said Yusufzai.
‘This cannot succeed in the plains or in the places which are far from their tribal strongholds. So they can't do it in Punjab. They cannot even do it in Peshawar — just suicide bombers and car bombings,’ he said.
Four bomb attacks hit the metropolis last week with an average of two a week since October. Market-place bombings in Peshawar, in outlying towns and the garrison city of Rawalpindi have inflicted huge casualties.
Retired brigadier Mahmood Shah, a former security chief in the tribal belt, reflected growing dissatisfaction with the civilian government, whose unpopular President Asif Ali Zardari has reportedly strained relations with the military.
Shah said parallels with Iraq should not be overplayed but recognised that ‘mass bombings in Pakistan in the last couple of days, in which civilians were targeted, show some similarities’.
‘The political government needs to get out of the paralysis that they are in right now. They don't know how to respond to the situation. We need an integrated policy. People are dying in the hundreds,’ he said.
On Friday, militants bombed Pakistan's Inter Services Intelligence (ISI) northwestern headquarters, leaving much of the building in ruins.
‘We can expect a guerrilla war. After defeat in South Waziristan, their next phase could be to engage the army into a guerrilla warfare,’ said Mutahir Sheikh, head of international relations at the University of Karachi.
But the army has cut off the Waziristan battlefield and it is impossible to gauge first hand what is happening.
The military claims to have captured notorious bastions in some of the most forbidding terrain in the country with lightning speed.
Members of the Mehsud tribe, which dominates the TTP, say the Taliban no longer enjoy support.
‘May be some tribesmen helped them but now, we the Mehsud tribe don't side with the Taliban,’ said tribesman Haji Khan Mohammad Mehsud, 60.
Military intelligence and tribal elders say the Taliban are escaping into the mountains of neighbouring North Waziristan and Orakzai.
‘This is something not new to the war on terror. America marched into Iraq, into Afghanistan. There was little resistance, thinking they'd achieved their objective. Then the war began,’ said defence analyst Ayesha Siddiqa.
shafique The simple answer to your question in the title rudeboy is that they are worse terrorists. I condemn all terrorism and don't make any excuses for the killings of innocents. I've even condemned the massacres that eh fantasises about having occured in early Islam (saying if they had occured, these would indeed be worthy of condemnation - but then I have to agree with Hugh Kennedy and other historians who point out that these are largely only in the imagination of orientalists). eh refuses to condemn Jewish religious terrorists who are white and who massacre unarmed Muslim worshippers (he even jokingly said Goldstein was influenced by the Quran, rather than join us in condemning the massacre). secondly how do you know that AQ Khan was responsible for the SALE of nuclear arms? Do you know how it is done? Do you know what that guys role was? His role was to develop the bomb not to sell it. Even if he was to sell the technology to other countries dont you think the president or the chief of army wouldnt know about it?
lets imagine I am AQ Khan and I am booking a aeroplane which will eventually ship the centrifuge to Iran. Dont you think the authorities will ask where is that plane going to, where is it going to and whats inside it etc etc. The fact is that guy was a scientist. Even if he did sell the nuclear technology he couldnt have done it without the back of some general. The generals had to be init as well as the president. They needed a scapegoat and they found one in AQK.
If you ask me the guys a HERO not just to Pakistan but the whole Islamic world because of his joint work with Saudi and other scientists.

Yes indeed we are worried about the foreign policy of the Americans and their ill-advicing think tanks full of nincompoops that are often lobbied by the dominant wealthy tyrants or races of the world.
After the cold war of Europe, Soviets were the first ones,declared to be threats to American interests and world peace followed by Arabs, Saddam, Al qaida, Islam and islamist nations. Someone or something always has to be found and announced to be the next threat…I wonder why?
Needless to explain why some nations and their people turn to extremism. I loved the theory of Liberal islam against Fundemantalist islam when i heard of it...As a matter of fact we knew all along that there was or still is nothing as such called fundemantalism in islam.
This was the work of think tanks that failed or were scared to address the failure of American policies otherwise. Which is currently the only reason behind the violance of people in the muslim nations.
And it’s the definition of the fundemantalist islam by the bush administration that caused a lot of islamofobia by the quaint orientalist think tanks and their spins through the media and web sites especailly created and supported for such anti- islam propanganda being backed by fourtunes reserved by the governments.

Also you've conveniently forgotten that modern-day terrorism traces its roots back to Israeli terrorists who later became politicians - eg Irgun - who blew up the King David Hotel in Jerusalem and also booby trapped British Soldiers they had killed!!)
You've also forgotten the terrorists such as Baruch Goldstein (who you refuse to condemn), and also forgotten the many Jews who are fighting for peace and denouncing Israeli acts of aggression.
Golstein went into a place of worshiip and massacred unarmed worshippers - and he did this because of his belief in the Bible. He was a sane, educated, white American Jew who took on Israeli nationality and decided to live in occupied Hebron. And yet your post says:

I also answered your query about what Muslims have done lately by citing the fact that the Palestinians (which are Muslim and Christian, let us not forget) are going to the UN and seeking recognition for an independent Palestine according to 1967 borders. This, I'm sure you will agree, is a great step towards peace and seeks to undo the years of state terrorism by Israel. I'm sure you'll agree that peace via diplomacy and by calling for Israel to abide by international law is a good act and will probably yield a Nobel Peace Prize for those involved.
