It is not always the case. We are providing business consultancy and do get profit making companies for sale on regular basis, the reason being the owner now has diverted his or her attention to some other business where the grass is greener!

I would suggest advertising company, because lots of company now hook in advertising, if you ca see those big banners along sheikh zayed, imagine how much they earning..

Dont think people sell business just because it failed - Check out Dubai Car rental business . Know your subject before your shout . Sorry for you. I think the rent-a-car market in dubai is doing quite well.
I also agree with the point that businesses are not always for sale just because they are failing.
